Sunny 105 Turns 25!

On July 4th, we celebrate our nation’s independence. July 4th is also the Voice of Paradise, Sunny 105’s birthday! Since 1996, your local station for 25 years. Proud to be a part of the community, and looking forward to many more years of great music, local info, and fun!


Hurricane Season officially runs June 1- November 30, but storms can occur any time of year. When tropical weather threatens, get the latest storm information from your local station and the Voice of Paradise. Remember, when the lights go out, we stay on. Be sure to have your supplies on hand, including plenty of batteries.

We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day, but observe regular business hours the day after the holiday.

The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo offers close up views of over 500 exotic animals including: lions, tigers, bears, primates, leopards, wolves, and more! Visit the reptile house, petting zoo, and aviary. There is a shaded picnic area, gift shop and seasonal concessions. Open year round,with seasonal animal encounters, animal shows and keeper talks.
