Helping Hands Gulf Shores ( Kids Helping Kids) Fundraiser Event
February 15 @ 5:30 pm
February 15th, Helping Hands Gulf Shores ( Kids Helping Kids) is getting ready for a fundraiser for Clayton Ladd, a 10-year-old local boy who was diagnosed with Soto’s Syndrome, kidney disease, autism, and severe scoliosis before he was six months old. He was diagnosed with cancer when he was three years old. He is a Neuroblastoma patient and survivor. Our event will be a Silent Auction and a Variety Show.
He has had back surgery which he is recovering from now and Helping Hands wants to raise at least $6,000 for travel and misc expenses for the family. We are looking for Silent Auction items and MONETARY DONATIONS. Please like, share, send this post to all local businesses. We NEED your help!
The drive will be a variety show and a silent auction. The variety show features many different acts such as South Baldwin Dance Center, Wheeles Karate, Andi and Chris Carstens, Barbie Cecil, St Andrew by the Sea Youth Group, Brad Pethel from The Barstool Surfers and many more!
At 5:30 p.m. there will also be a silent auction featuring many local businesses and artists. You can bid before, during, and after the variety show. The goal is to raise $6,000 for Clayton Ladd for travel expenses. If you are unable to make it you can deposit check or cash to any PNC bank in Baldwin County. The account name is Clayton Ladd Donation Drive.
Helping Hands was created by Kaysheri Haffner, a Gulf Shores Middle School Student in 2016. The team includes Lexie Massengale, Lauren Calvert, Cali Sweet and Olivia Aiken.
