DETAILED CONTEST RULES SUNNY “HANGOUT AT THE HANGOUT MUSIC FEST” - WCSN:

1.            How to Enter the Contest:

a.            The contest will begin on MARCH 18, 2024 and end on  APRIL 25, 2024

b.            To participate in the contest, visit any of the following locations before close of business on April 25, 2024 and fill out registration blank for submission: Emerald Fantasies (8275 Hwy 59 Foley AND 23163 Perdido Beach Blvd. Orange Beach) /DMac’s Bar and Grill (24821 Canal Rd Orange Beach) /Smoothie King (24824 Canal Rd, Orange Beach) 

c.            On April 29, 2024 Sunny 105 will draw 1(one) winner of a pair of general admission passes to 2024     Hangout Music Fest from each sponsor location. Emerald Fantaseas will have 2 (two) location boxes, with 1 (one)  winner. There are 4 (four) boxes with a total of  3 (three) general admission winners. Additionally, Sunny 105 will draw 1 (one) winner of a pair of VIP passes to the 2024 Hangout Music Fest from all contest box entrants for a total of 1 (one) VIP winner.

d.            Limit one (1) entry per person, per location, and limit one (1) entry per household, per location. Entrants may be disqualified at the sole discretion of  Portside Media Group (Sunny 105)

2.            Eligibility Restrictions:

a.            The contest is open to all contest participants age 18 or older, and who reside within a one hundred (100) mile radius of the promotion location.

b.            Employees, officers, and directors of  Portside Media Group , Sunny 105,, any sponsors of the contest and their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising, and promotion agencies, any and all other companies associated with this contest, and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above are not eligible. Immediate family shall include spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren and any other person residing within the same household.

c.            Any winners of other Sunny 105 contests within the past 30 days will not be able to play or win the Sunny 105 Hangout at the Hangout Music Fest, or any of its secondary prizes.

d.            No one contestant may be selected to participate on more than one occasion.

3.            Prizes:

a.            3 (three) pair of 3 day General Admission passes to 2024 Hangout Music Festival May 17-19 2024 and 1(one) pair of VIP passes

b.            Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash.

c.            Grand Prize winner may receive 1099 IRS Tax form for the value of the grand prize as stated in these contest rules.

d.            Prizes are limited solely to those items explicitly set forth herein and shall not include any and all other expenses, incidentals or taxes that may arise out of the winner’s receipt of this prize.

4.            Selection and Notification of Winner:

a.            Decisions of Sunny 105 with respect to the contest are final.

b.            Sunny 105 will announce the winner on air, on or about April 29, 2024  following a drawing from all entries from sponsor locations, live on the air at approximately 10:30 am on Monday April 29, 2024

c.            Upon selection of winning, Contestant must provide DJ with their full legal birth name and address. 

d.            The odds of being selected as an official contestant(s) are dependent upon the number of entries received.

5.            Conditions:

a.            Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent. Failure or refusal to execute the release will result in winner forfeiting the prize. Photo identification and social security number of the Grand Prize winner may also be required in order to collect the prize

b.            By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.

c.            Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sunny 105’s sole discretion or as provided herein.

d.            Sunny 105 reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the contest rules and dates at any time for any reason. Material modifications shall be announced on-air, when practical. By participating in this contest, you agree to be bound by these contest rules, any modifications thereof, and by all other rules imposed by Sunny 105’s management.

e.             No purchase is necessary. Purchase does not increase chances of winning. The contest is void where prohibited.

f.            Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification, at the sole discretion of Sunny 105.

g.            Sunny 105 is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of a prize.

h.            Copies of the written contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studio of Sunny 105 , 2421 E 2nd Street Gulf Shores, Alabama 36542, or by sending a self –addressed stamped envelope to Sunny 105> Rule will also be available online at www.sunny1057.com.
